ISLAMABAD, 29 Jan – “The American economy has collapse, they do not have the capacity any more to bear the financial burden of another war, or attack on Iran as it will only destroy whatever they have left,” said a senior newsman in Pakistan, Nadeem Malik.
Nadeem who is also a specialist in international relations said, the statement that the US will attack Iran if that country continues its nuclear program is only a warning.
“The US presently is forced to seek the safest way to get out and to withdraw its forces from Afghanistan, before being forced to think on a long term basis that it really wants to attack Iran,” he said to IRNA.
President Barack Obama yesterday repeated his statement that they would withdraw from Iraq in August, an indication that the country no longer is able to bear the financial cost of the war there.
In the meantime said Nadeem, only Israel is the one calling upon the US to attack Iran because they themselves are not able of doing so. He explained, the Middle East will be ensnared in the conflict which will be even more complicated if it takes place. |
