1. The year 2003 saw a new YADIM branch office being set up in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The branch office was established in January with four staff.

2. The year 2003 also saw the recruitment of new staff to serve the Operations and Administration Divisions, thus making the total number of YADIM’s staff as at the end of the year to 120, as per stated below:

a. YADIM’s Office, Jalan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur: 91 staff
b. YADIM’s Office, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur: 14 staff
c. YADIM’s Office, Jalan Ledang, Kuala Lumpur: 2 staff
d. Kota Bharu Office, Kelantan: 2 staff
e. YADIM’s Kindergarten, Putrajaya: 4 staff
f.  YADIM’s Training Centre, Sungai Semungkis, Hulu Langat,
 Selangor: 1 staff
g. Sabah (Kota Kinabalu) Branch Office: 6 staff
