• The Publication Unit is one of the important
units in disseminating
information
especially to influence public opinion and for da'wah
work.
• Not that many books were published as most of
the published
ones
were of popular in nature. The Publication Unit has
underlined
several strategies and restructured the unit in order
to
enhance
the workflow in term of marketing and the publication
of
books.
• Undertake to publish attractive materials for
the Islamic community especially
the younger generation in order to instill the love
for
knowledge
through reading quality materials.
• To censor, evaluate and edit the manuscripts
before publishing
them.
• To manage all printing procedures by choosing
the appropriate firm that
met YADIM’s needs and aspirations and to publish
salable
books
that have impact on the community.
• From this effort, it will make YADIM closer
to the community as an
institution
while the published knowledge would be distributed
and
taken advantage of.
Objectives
• To provide understanding on Islam and develop
passion for
knowledge
culture among the Muslim community.
• To foster Islamic value in efforts to publish
the books to serve as
an
extension to YADIM’s contribution towards the
development of
an
effective and healthy da'wah.
• To attract young Muslim’s mind to seek
knowledge through quality
materials
published by YADIM. From this, it will make YADIM closer
to
the community as an institution while the published
knowledge
would
be distributed and taken advantage of.
• To strategically draw the various aspects in
preparing the
materials
and manuscripts in order to increase sales.
