Functions

1. Coordinate the development of YADIM’s Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with the YADIM Strategic Plan.
2. Monitor and audit the implementation of YADIM’s KPIs, and prepare KPI Performance Achievement Reports.
3. Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports required by stakeholders.
4. Serve as the system administrator for the YADIM Reporting System (SPY).
5. Ensure that YADIM’s management and operations are supported by established standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and comply with YADIM’s regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
6. Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of YADIM’s Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO standards.
7. Coordinate internal quality audits and manage external certification and recertification audits.
8. Plan, coordinate, and prepare YADIM’s annual Quality and Innovation Performance Report.
