Functions

1. Develop YADIM’s policies, strategic direction, and strategic plans for specified planning periods.
2. Conduct internal studies and analyses of YADIM’s programmes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
3. Review, formulate, and recommend improvements to YADIM’s policies, governance framework, and terms of reference.
4. Conduct evaluations of programmes and activities implemented by YADIM Headquarters divisions and State YADIM Offices to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvement measures (Programme Evaluation).
5. Assess and analyse feedback from YADIM programmes to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
