- Collaborate with and support the State Islamic Religious Councils in expanding dakwah initiatives in the areas of education, social development, and welfare.
- Establish and strengthen relationships and strategic networks with government agencies, private sector organizations, and Islamic NGOs to achieve YADIM’s objectives.
- Support the objectives of the Ummah Development Sector in planning and implementing community-based dakwah programmes.
- Implement programmes and activities under the Special Units and the Ar-Rahmah Squad.
