Functions

1. Conduct volunteer training programmes for members of Sukarelawan Ar-Rahmah (Ar-Rahmah Volunteers).
2. Establish strategic partnerships with government agencies and private sector organisations in implementing volunteerism programmes.
3. Plan and coordinate community service programmes at the state level through mosque communities, based on the Da’wah Bil Hal (preaching through action) approach.
4. Implement and coordinate domestic humanitarian assistance programmes through Sukarelawan Ar-Rahmah (Ar-Rahmah Volunteers).
