- Producing knowledgeable and skilled preachers based on the Malaysian model
- Coordinate the activities of Islamic NGOs and strategic partners in promoting dakwah.
- Encouraging the community to compete in doing good by providing understanding, practice and appreciation of Islam through da’wah activities in the aspects of education, social and welfare.
