- Ensure that YADIM’s investment activities are managed in accordance with established financial procedures and governance.
- Identify, manage, and maintain appropriate investment strategies and assets to ensure sustainable returns and long-term financial growth.
- Increase YADIM’s financial resources by securing sponsorships from corporations, statutory bodies, and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) to support the implementation of YADIM’s dakwah programmes in line with its vision and mission.
- Ensure that all sponsorship processes are properly governed to safeguard YADIM’s corporate image and uphold the integrity of its institutional mandate.
- Manage and oversee YADIM’s subsidiaries comprehensively to ensure effective governance, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
